Plots, road design and implementation
Land within a developed zone cannot be developed before a division license is issued. PAL can design plots based on your needs and supervise during construction. PAL will guide and advice you along the whole process of issuing the required licenses, call of tenders, road construction and land registry submission.
Stages:
- Topographical Survey of the area
- Parcel demarcation
- Road and plots design
- Submission division plans to Town Planning and Housing Department
- Submission detail construction designs to Competent Authority for issuing a road construction and plot division license
- Call of tender
- Stake out division pegs
- Topographical supervision during construction
- Apply to Land Registry to issue title deeds for each plot
